Generally I think most car related shirts are sort of dorky, but I have a couple favorites: I usually buy Red Cap shirts to work in *gasp* but last time I was looking at the used ones in the Factory Surplus store I found one with a patch that said "Nitro" for a buck, I just had to have it. Along with the shirt I got a free patch that reads "Oldsmobile Service" but I don't know what I'll do with that. I had it pinned to my troubleshooter's cap, but I didn't like it there. My other two favorite shirts? Dark Green Texaco Gasoline (bought at Kmart) and White Hurst Floor Shift (bought at NSRA K-zoo). Of course, I won't wear the Red Kap this week in reaction to walking into Hot Topic with my girl and finding out that they sell gorked up versions there. I'm going preppy this week in reaction...
I've got a LARGE t-shirt from B'ville SpeedWeek, new, in the bag still, that I'd like to trade for a XL HAMB shirt. HAMB shirt doesn't have to be new, just no holes or stains.(is that possible? ) I'll pay shipping both ways. Anyone interested in trading??
I make my own. Got to the flea market, buy 10 blank shirts for $10, get a 10 pack of ink jet blank iron-ons for $10, find a design and make a shirt. Why pay $20 for a shirt I could make for $2.
