Pete Eastwood may have a recommendation.

  3. Those look like something that could be made unless authentic appearance is real issue.

Can be made....a machinist in Modesto, CA. made these several years back but sold his shop and retired.

Look in Hemmings for places that can bore and bush in brass or SS. Had some done by Apple Hydraulics years ago.

Well, my friend Tom bought some from Dan Price, I believe, and they wouldn't fit in the Kinmont backing plates without modification to the plates. The reason being the bore sizes were increased, making them physically larger than the originals. So, he is having some cast in December, and will have them machined for a proper fit. I will post the progress here, and there could be some replacements on the market. Meanwhile he is still interested if any are for sale.

If going the sleeve route, use stainless steel and not brass, if the vehicle will be driven a lot. The brass wears quickly.

I thought you were all done with that project. Interesting hot rod and keep us posted. It’s quite the trek venturing the 15 miles to your place from where I’m at to see what’s going on first hand…

My part is finished, just trying to help with some parts sources, as he is new to old hotrods.

I had my wheel cylinders stainless steel lined by White Post back east, I believe they are still a monthly advertiser in Hemmings Motor News
