As usual the parkng lot "after the show party" was crazy fun. It only took 3 cop cars and a fire tuck to shut it down this year! Lots of photos taken ....so im sure there will be plenty of them posted. Lets see em Monkey..Bubu?
Hey man! Welcome back. Can't wait to hear about the show. PS - As for my news, all I can say right now is I am VERY GLAD I went to Winnsboro!!!!
As it stands verbally, YES! I still gotta go see it. Sorry for being so vague, but I don't want to jinx it!
Alright, here goes..... take one little guy, a truck with flamethrowers, a shopping cart, a bottle of carb cleaner and torch the fucker up!
the first 3 cops were really cool. They showed us their tattoos, told us about the local meth labs and talked about shooting people...
Ya know what, any club can say "We have our own painter/mechanic/artist." The Ratty Bastards can say "We have our own midget!"
Stephen put the last bolt on his car @4:00 AM before the show. It was road tested Sat. morning from Dallas to Sherman... 30 Plymouth...
I have more pics. Monkey, please post the photo of what happened when the firetruck showed up... everyone started climbing on it and a group photo was taken as the 2 paramedics just stood aside with "what do you think we should do" looks on their faces... It was great meeting all of you that I have never met and it was good to see all of those who unfortunately already know me. I have more pics if anyone wants to see them... see you at the DRAGS! HC
forgot one... this is our club sign that we made for the show... striped by Scratch. The pumpkin was carved by one of the "cool-hoes" Tasha... HC
hankcash, It was nice to meet ya'll and hang out. I'd like to see more pics as you have time to "date" them. I'll make sure Outlaw gets the pick in the next couple of days. Are ya'll bringin' the "cool-hoes" to the drags with you? I thought Mrs. buzzard was the only girl that would stand in a freezing ass parking lot, drinking beer with a bunch of cat burgalar look-a-likes.
I called Flt-Blk about midnight just to get a live report from Dennison. Fire was going but he said everthing was pretty calm. I knew it was only a matter of time before things took off.Had to miss this year so I can make Austin. Next year I'll be there freezing as usual. Hank, your getting good at those black and whites. They look good.
Buzz- Most of the Coollows are Dallas tattoo artist and will be at the Lone star tattoo convention here in Dallas that entire weekend. I am planning on coming to the drags on Saturday and then do the convention here on Sunday. I will load us as many Coolhoes as I can get and bring em' down to the drags with me, but some of them will probably stay at the convention with their fellas. We'll just have to wait and see how things turn out. The coolhoes are down for drinking! Anywhere, anytime! HC
The best part was when one of my Coollow brothers pulled his glock on the cop and told them to go away and leave us the fuck alone! HC
[ QUOTE ] [/ QUOTE ] I know this is an old tread, but just have to comment! As you can see this is the typical Denison cop. Notice the bum fucked look on the face. You can tell he don't have a clue. I've passed this cop setting on the side of the road a 2am sound asleep in his car. Had to go passed again just for the hell of it and rev the motor.
Don't know if you were there, but those guys were real cool. They came by a couple of times before I left that night. They were real easy going about the whole thing. Checked out some of the cars, told us to put out the fire, and made sure we were being reasonably safe. Not threatening at all, just doing their jobs. I wasn't there when the Fire Truck showed up, but everybody that was there said that the Firemen were cool as well. I hope you are not just trying to "cop bash". Just like in every job, there are some bad ones. You hear those stories a lot. Unfortunately, folks don't talk about the numerous GOOD experiences they have with local police forces. Okay, I'm off my soapbox now.
No not bashing, just had some bad experiences with the cops in Denison. Seen some things that were a little strange. And yes it's true I have seen the guy in the picture sound asleep in the cop car. I've also had good experience with them. Case in point, me, my cousin, and both our girls partying at my cousins house. Got the music cranked, pyramid of beer cans and a bong on the table. There's a knock at the door. Cousin starts to the door yelling "If it's the cops, go away!" He said this about three times before opening the door. When he did open the to the officer at the door said "It is the cop's, can you turn the music down". Then tells my cousin "I see how you are, have a party and don't invite me". Cousin invites him in. But he declines and tells him to keep it on the down low. All in all I guess every police dept has it's good and bad.
