Knotching top hats to get correct camber n caster

Im installing a helix , mustanf 11 IFS kit in my 52 ford pick up and with crossmeber tacked in place im not sure about knotching top hats i beieve i want 1/2" taller towards front but still not sure how deep to knotch them please help

 

I wouldn't install Helix products on a dumpster.

Helix is a Hoffman Group brand. They make Chinese***** that does not fit, as you just found out.

See if you can return it, on grounds that it does not fit.
