I find myself searching here more regularly, which finally prompted me to register and hopefully contribute something worthwile. My main thrust is sheetmetal, however I am handy with most aspects of constructing a quality vehicle. I am not looking back with rose colored gl***es, but I apreciate the automotive heritage when I could identify anything on the road with a glance, and knew something about the company that made it. Last week I read an article written by a prominent Artist who laments the time when an Artist would immerse themself into a project that may take forever to complete to their satisfaction, and his rejection of the "new" Artists who put a shark in a bottle of formaldehide for shock value, and once you have viewed it, there is no point going back for a second look, you have already seen all there is to see, whereas a well detailed piece keeps you coming back to discover more previously un-seen elements.
