The rear gl*** broke in my 52 Buick in December and I posted here looking for help finding a new one. It was suggested that Dan had 52 Cadillac rear gl*** posted for sale earlier and it might fit. Well, I contacted Dan and it turned out the Caddy gl*** was larger and being tempered couldn't be cut. However, Dan said he might have a Buick back gl*** and would check.. He contacted me a few days later and he had what I needed. He quoted me a fair price so we made the deal. He did an excellent job of packing it for shipment via UPS ( which I was concerned it might arrive in multiple pieces) and it arrived Saturday in good shape! Now to get it installed. Just wanted to tell everyone that Dan is a standup guy.

Went down his house to check out an 3x2 intake. He and his Dad couldn’t been nicer. Gave me a tour of his well equipped shop and made me feel right at home. Good people

Excellent. I'm curious, how do you pack gl*** like that so it's safe? Wood crate and lots of padding?

Wrap it in plastic, place in crate on top of padding, then go crazy with great stuff expanding foam insulation!!!!! :D put the top on the crate and ship. Serves 2 adults ;)

Great to hear about the guys here. I have had several dealings with members here both buying and selling and all are good people.
