The Olds is a California car. is a rust free car the few small spots have all been cut out and replaced The car originally started back in late 90s when it was chopped 4” and the rear sail panels rework and a new back window from a 74 maverick used which was done by Kevan Sledge. It as also shaved at that time. The car was also changed over to a short throw hydraulics system front and back. Rises and lowers about 4”. Car was driven liked that until I bought it on 07 at which time the engine went while driving back to cCanada car sat in garage until 2020 when I brought it to Gene at Windfields Customs in Mojave Ca. Gene on his guys then went over the whole car replaced any rust and straighten and block sanded the car while it was there Gene suggested a little of his customizing magic be applied so I said let’s do it. So Gene started with some frenched side pipe and then Gene built a set of removable rear skirts. He then re worked the grill area to fit a floating grill bar. Then he moved to the back and totally restyle the back of the car including removing the original tail light from the fender tip and we were going to move them down below the bumper in the totality reworked lower pan. They spent hundreds of hour on car. The car is pretty well ready now to roll into the booth to paint I took the car out of Gene’s shop last Oct. due to his health at that time. I was going to have him do one of his Windfield Fades on the car and I actually have all the House of Kolor products to complete the paint too. I have recently talk to Gene who has had a complete turnaround in his health and he said he is interested in completing the Job. He just has to get the painting end of his shop going again. So if buyer wants they can talk to him. The car currently is in a storage facility just in Rosamond Ca. Which is only a few miles from his shop. I have a plexigl*** windshield for it but it is not that great, but I have also set up with the guy who originally cut the gl*** windshield the first time it was chopped to do another he is in process of cutting it but car will have to either be at Gene’s shop or brought to his in Victorville to have it installed. The car is what you see in pics with no drive train and no interior but pretty well all the stainless and side window frames are with car including bumpers (front bumper made into one piece by Gene too) Car is inside a Storage garage Rosamond Ca. The car has clear ***tle. Grey primer pic are how it sits now Have well over the asking price invested but my loss could be your savings.
