    I like your grill idea.

I think it looks good just the way you have it. However, I wonder how it would look if the gap was uniform, especially around the upper corners.

Also, what if it were tilted up at the outside corners and down in the middle just slightly to pick up a little of the angle of the headlights? Would that make the front "flow" a little better?

As I said, I like it just the way it is now. I'm just thinking out loud.

I doodled a little just to see how it might look. I'm unable to tilt the grill due to the limitations of MSPaint. It's not symetrical because I thought the left side gap was too close so I made the right side gap a little bigger to see how that looked. I think it would have looked better without any color in the middle.

It's easy to customize on the computer.

Hey Dave, I actually haven't touched it since about October...I plan on getting out there soon though.. I talked to Billy (Slowandlow63) about painting it. so I gotta get my ass in gear and finish up the bodywork....

Liking the grilles (and the bumperettes). Don't know what you have planned, but personally would radius in the opening but not fill it completely...the grilles jump out of the negative space. Great treatment and variation from the cookie cutter Desoto look!
