Mixed feelings regarding Monster Garage aside, their latest build crew is pretty cool: **** Dean, Gene Winfield, Bill Hines, Norm Grabowski, and Fat Jack and John Robinson. Their build was a full-custom '54 Bel Air...chopped, sectioned, and all in 7 days. We did a little sneak peek on the mag's site. Check it out: Custom Rodder
Heard about that...can't wait to see that episode!! (Fat Jack Robinson being one of my car-guy HEROS!!) My brother-in-law talked to Steve at LimeWorks Speed Shop on the phone yesterday and heard about that deal. Jesse needed one of Steve's steering columns for that project, and Steve being a Monster Garage vet delivered it in person...heard the whole thing was pretty impressive!
That looks like it is going to be a good episode, they even have bill hines doing led work, how kooler can you?? Nate
Ah, so you're a BIG ***-crack fan?! Wait till you see the show! Jack ruled, but don't ask his son about that.
Looks fantastic! Gotta check this episode out. As talented as I think Jesse is, I will be especially intersested on how Jesse and all that real old school talent treated each other.
It seems like the episodes that I have seen where there are talented, respected people in there fields (i.e Barris, Little John, etc.) Jesse was very respectful of their experience- Rob - just looked at your page and that looks like an awesome episode! I've said this before but will reiterate the fact that I think the magazine is looking great also!
Yeah, why customize an already customized car when they can customize a bone-stock car and, magic!, there's two customized Chevys?
Finally! I knew this was coming sooner or later. It'll be nice to see an end product w/ a good level of finish from that damn show.
i love monster garage,at least they don't show a completely redundant mustang II installation in every episode
thanks for the info, I'm looking forward to this episode for sure. The mags been getting better and better as of late.
Mike, that is a Personal Message that should have been handled with a PM--Personal Message. Please PM (Personal Message) me, after which I will reply appropriately with prompt PM (Personal Message), OK?

Thet's cool as hell. I got to see Hines lead slinging at the '93 Leadsled Spectacular in Springfield, Ohio. It was a treat fer' sure. Talking of Jesse James, have y'all seen that Autozone commercial with him and his '54 Chevy s****ing the ground?
Nads, all we use at our repair shop now is Autozone parts,,,**** the quality, but if Jesse uses them ,then its good enough for us!
On a semi-related note...nice job on your (?) bike tank! I just started messing with Auto Air about a month ago...that stuff is fun!! I did have one or two little problems with the stuff, but I think I'm getting them sorted out. If I could find Custom Rodder in this area, I would probably picck up this issue.
