  1. From 1957, '47 Plymouth's are cool, too.

  2. Don't know much about this one, but it's a nice example of a '47 with mild "restyling" mods and a bit of a taildragger stance.

There are some truly great rides posted on this thread!

    This is a favorite:

Sadly (or not), this is what befell it in the sixties. (Thank you, Timothy Leary. :D)

I know the 65-68 Dodge-Plymouth-Chrysler C body cars are not part of what is considered traditional customs but sure do look good done up as one.

They also tend to be fairly reliable and lower cost which is a big plus for anyone starting out or on a budget.

Multiple pics I have collected from various sites over the years. Some are from here on the HAMB too.

Hope these weren't already posted but when it comes to Mopars, more postings is always better than none.

Sonny Daout's owner-built '49 Dodge. Started in 1953, finished in 1962 pretty much as pictured, and, as far as I know, still owned by him.

Sonny started with a wrecked convertible, said to be his first car. If memory serves me, the top is from a '55 Mercury.
