my girlfriend years ago had NOTDIZZY on her BMW850i she was blonde no doubt, and on my Duster i had 1HIPSIX. If you want to run vintage tags in Tennessee all you do is apply for the regular antique plates ($25 a lifetime) and show them the tag you want to run and they will put it in your DMV file. thats what i did for the 51 and i have never had a problem.
I belive any vehical of special interest needs a finising touch, beening the plates. The first was on my 1933 Ford 2 door sedan, built and owned for 21 years. The second was on my 1961 Impala Bubble top, built and owned for 8 years. The third, 53 SLED was on by 53 Buick Custom then changed to WHATZIT, built and owned for 22 years, Finaly finished, now on the road. HERCUDA was on my wife's 72 Barracuda, Built and drove to work for 2 years, then somebody needed it more the we did. CRTRUCK in on our 2003 Chevy crew cab 4x4 Duramax . There is more but enought for now
This was last years plate. The Bureau of Motor Vehicles sent me a letter saying it was objectionable and offensive to good taste. Choice for next years plate was approved. 1 4 JSTCE
the judge sealed those records, how the hell did you find out?!?! well, maybe a little, but i DID admit it! aight, time to add one of my own observed plates over the years, i have seen plenty! Seen on a 68 camaro with michigan plates: YNKO4RL Seen on a 69 Chevelle, kinda spoke volumes: COPO and one of my favorites on the back of a mid 60's Lincoln hearse: W8NG4U2
heres my friends coupe its in west australia the dirtyhore 34 its quite funny cos his fionce (or however you spell it) always drives it and she came up with the name! complete with a set of balls hanging from the rear number plate
on my ute - RUN'N'L8 if i was running some kind of tradesman business i'd get M8SR8S. a guy down the street has DZASTA, but my all time favourite (which i have personally seen in Sydney)... VAG1N4. i bet the dykes loved that guy!
Friend had this for a while someone complained to DMV and they made him give it up 1HUNGLOW DMV said it was offensive
