Features Kustoms blues? I need to see some kustoms....

Kustomrama shared this kool news morning...... Good morning good people of Kustomland! Check this out. An old Barris Kustom from back in the day just showed up for sale on Hemmings. The Bill and Bob Glazier's 1953 Oldsmobile was restyled by Barris Kustoms back in the 1950s. They drove down from North Bend, Washington, to have it restyled. Before they pointed the shaved hood back north, they had Dean Jeffries stripe it. It seems to be in a good and preserved condition, so now we have to make sure that this treasure gets into the right hands. Evolving. The dual side pipes on the passenger side are killer. Is the gold/brown version the most recent? I like it best.

What was this side tram originally? I bet it could be re-created with similar trim maybe a 56- 57 Chevy lower?
