Yes it is the first version of his Vino Paisano T bird before the paint started to fade and he added the extra panels.

 

The first time I showed this pic somewhere on the net, it brought a bunch of howling from folks saying it wasn't purist enough because the grill was wrong year for the car and the late model tail lights. (which I thought blended quite nicely).
To me, I always thought building a custom was to use whatever one could find that seemed to flow and let the car stand out. Was I wrong?
