Wow, the work on the taillights on the Dunn shoebox is a treat for the eyes in this close-up photo. Great shot Debb! So cool! E

The amount of paint work on John's wagon is staggering! Countless hours of layout work and hundreds of rolls of masking tape and paper. Not to mention gallons of lacquer, jars of flake and hundreds of coats. It all adds up--time, money and dedication. It boggles the mind!
I keep telling John he should bring it to Denver and put it in one of our local Lowrider shows. It would blow the gente's mind! E

How cool to have these two Mercs restored and displayed together, after all these years!
Weren't they BOTH chopped by Butch Hurley, (at Rod Powell's shop) during the same time ?[/QUOTE]

I'm glad to see this rescued, but the deeply tunneled headlights seriously do not fit the period nor the look of the original build. Sorry. (Hopefully Photo-shopped, along with Sam.)

Cody Walls' Chevy has more tricks than you can shake a stick at, inside and out!
How about the character lines in the hood, to match those in the roof?

The SU carbed engine is a work of art!

    Three bench seats.

And one of my favorite features, '50-'52 Buick Sombreros. (Too deep for most custom applications.)

Apparently, Joe Wisecaver of Buhl, ID.
(The Buick lights were done by a previous owner.)
