The Custom Car Revival Is a great show. It reminds me of the early KKOA events. Only older style Customs. If that's what you like.

 

Love your '36 Coupe...... The Custom Car revival is a kool show. I plan on driving the Merc again this year.

Lol, For now that is where she stays when I'm not driving her. Working on getting the shop built and I'll move her back home. Needless to say I feel safe parking it there.

That's the Busonic kustom Buick. It has been around forever and has gone through many different transformations over the years..........E

 

First time I've seen it in the green-gold. Looks pretty decent.

 

I was kind diggin on the woodgrained side coves....LOL.

 

That is actually two toned metallic tape, done by Watson (as was the original version).

Busonic is great, I really like the gold version with the black top.

Anyone else notice the louvers on the hood of the Merc above with the way-tunneled headlights? I really wonder what the story on that louver job was. Did they lay it out intentionally like that?

At first I thought that it was an odd reflection. That's a three man job; two holding the hood and one punching the louvers. Great example of "just because you can.......

 

I remember seeing that at the LSR last year. Different for sure!
