You did pretty good there except for that El Camino abortion... I mean WTF, who thinks that is good looking?
You know its funny how you sometimes think something looks good, then when you look at the pic yrs later you wonder what was I thinking, felt that way about the 48 Lincoln too OOPS I didn't post the Lincoln pic, lol it was real bad
I saw it in detroit last summer. It pulled into a Mcdonald's parking lot cruise night and every jaw in the place dropped. Beautiful car.
Debb Do you have anymore of this one? It looks like Randolph county plates on the car. Randolph county starts about 3 miles down the highway from my house, I don't remember it.
No Ron, Im sorry I don't have any more photos of it. That photo was taken at the Muddy River Run in Fort wayne, when it was at its original location on the coliseum grounds. I would say it was from early to mid 80's.
Anybody got pics of a really really radical El Camino '59 from the 80's ? All i can remember is that it has split grille front and rear filled with mesh, some sculptured fender after the wheels, and was in dark blue or purple primer .... A very kool and bad rides....
Wow ! Yes it's that car ! Looks much much better than in my memories ! Do you have some other pics ? I had to do that car in 1/25... crazy !
I have Pictures of it!!!! somewhere I can't find them. (am I allowed to post elcamino pics ?? ha ha But I found some other to share. Boy in looking back at all these (some) old photos, you have to wonder what happened to all of these cars!! We have seen some come back as different paint jobs and stuff. But there are a lot that have just vanished.
