I have a Gen.1 wiring system in place in our '54 Bel Air post sedan. The person began Fuse Block / Terminal strip and Incoming lettered wiring, then moved out of state leaving No Info. Kwik Wire has not been helpful..
My 14 Circuit came with a small pamphlet showing the Fuse Block needed wiring information. If someone has the 8 Circuit Gen.2 with this info,
    Please E-mail me @ fine6inline.com (360)774-6246
Would really appreciate it !!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks, " Dyno" Dave

Link that might actually work for the instructions https://kwikwire.com/pages/downloads

That link works to get you to here as this for the pfd might not https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0...-08cd-4097-83c1-7de42cc0cb5d.pdf?v=1590552626

They lump everything together and don't have an eight circuit specific instruction sheet. No free lunch here you have to think it out one circuit at a time.

It does tell you what color wire is for what circuit though. Screenshot (443).png Screenshot (444).png

^ that's one of a couple of pages.

The real challenge with that one is that you have to know what pieces you have on the car electrical wise = Delco, Autolite or mopar alternator, what ignition and other pieces and find the right instructions for each item among the list of possibilities. It's similar to the Painless instructions but a bit harder to follow. The main thing is down load the pfd on a real computer that you can sit and sort out what info you need That is going to take some time even with just 8 fused circuits.

No I have that book, has lots of various charts and info... Not the 8 circuit fuse block, terminal strip and coded wires to the block and strip instructions. Found a picture on line of info sheet for Gen.1, very basic "Consent Hot" and such . For me to try and deal with the dash wiring project I need the Kwik Wire wiring layout.
    Thanks John, Dyno Dave '

I just ran across it earlier skimming but if you have Facebook there was a group on there for the Kwik wire owners. I don't have Facebook but if you do might try joining that group as well.

Mr.48, thank you for the information, where I'm confused is that my Kwik Wire 14 circuit wiring assembly did come with a small white paper manual giving the exact information to procced fuse block/terminal strip/wiring hookup... Hoping the Gen.2 8 circuit would have a similar manual, with that thinking I might be able to handle it.
I lived in Walla Walla for many years, attended the Vintiges sp. many times, maybe we passed each other at the events. Drove a dark wine colored '31Ford phaeton w/chrome wire wheels, later a two-tone lt./dk. blue '54 Bel Air
2dr. post sedan... Thanks again, dyno

  9. You need to get past the little white book.
Download and print out the big instruction book linked above.
Pull out the pages for the eight circuits your build will have. Put everything else on the side for future reference.
Work one circuit at a time. Test as you go. You'll be finished with eight circuits before too long.
