To address post and pms..

Mrs. Hurst,,, When I go to the Drags. I go for the races, for the cars. I bet she is a wonderful person. But like I said I come for races not the models. And at heart she was a model who had a life changing opportunity to work for Hurst shifter in the perfect place perfect time type of situation. I applaud her for that. And more Hurst that they can do that for anyone. But thier are other women who have done things for racing, raced themselves and thier is no threading topic on the HAMB about them. But we on the HAMB have her in half naked pictures and pages, it's just an excuse in my opinion for guys to get thier rocks off, just an excuse. So that's why i said that, because at the time I thought the cars that were being deleated where more on topic then her.

Probably wrong again, let the PMs come again.

But to all the people who liked them, had something nice to say, schooled me in the right way via Pm. Thanks I had a great time at the event and will post more pictures later. I spoke with alot a cool guys and it was like Disney Land. I really do like the hamb and have met and keep up with some reall cool guys and some just normal type of guys who I really Respect.

I'm still learning so be patient.
Earlier I said something about Chip
Foose, and I want to apologize. I recently got a PM from someone who really knows him, and just lurks in the shadows. With respect and in the most nice way he told me what Chip is really like. So nothing but good things will ever come out my mouth about that man. He looked like he was having a great time too.

I have some personal stuff to take care of and will be back in a week, almost 2.

And I'm with ya on the Hurst deal..... Same posters, BUT, some are legit, and the rest are just old perv's who have nothing to contribute except they like ***s= don't we all, but, they're far beyond a turn on today....=reality. Like- Really guy? get a life!

That's me!! Wife and I took it to the show. Didn't win any awards but if you count # of photos taken during the show, it was grand champion!! I will also show it at the NSRA Western Street Rod Nationals on Bakersfield in April.

 

She is and very approachable and kind and knows how to joke around with the boy's and that's all. The line stopped there. Am I guilty of having fun on Kiwi's thread with her? Sure I am. But who also liked a certain piece of muffler art I posted? Lol

 

Don't sweat it, D&P - still a ton of good stuff here that the mods let you keep (even the one from the LGBT car club, LOL ) and I wish I could have been there. It didn't look very crowded; was the attendance off this year or did you get in at an early hour?

 

I have never attended a big car show so can't relate there. Wasn't as crowded as a NSRA Street Rod National event but seemed to be fairly well attended. Parking there is horrible and the venue is right down town with homeless and illegal aliens living in tent cities on the streets so not very inviting. The hot rodding celebrities turned out in force though. Didn't help that it was March Meet weekend at Famoso either.
