Yes they did Jerry, and I got to sit in the red Frantic Four car for another start up.... Yeah, the whole show basically ****ed...I had a horrible time....I even had to pay five whole freaking dollars in the swap for a mint copy of Hot Rod DeLuxe issue two....it's all Kirk's fault.

Aren't the Frantic Four guys nice. I've been lucky enough to be at a few of their fire ups at Famosa and a couple of times here in Phx. I'm jealous that you got to sit in it for a fire up. Another of my favorite cars! jerry
Man, Kirk! Don't tell everybody about the secrets of the GG shows! I like going there to actually look at nice cars like the pics you posted. Nicely built cars and no "greaserbilly" at***ude and hard looks, yeah, looks really lame to me.
Here's a sweet 51 Merc that was tucked in with the vendors ouside Crosby Hall. I really liked the way he peaked the seams where the drip rails were removed so I took a bunch of pics for later reference... :~)
