  3. For all that are interested, my best friend Frank Morawski in Bel Air Maryland is the guy who builds all the neat Studebaker fiberglass including 50's bullet nose, the Raymond Lowey '53, later Golden Hawk parts and of course the Lark parts as seen here.
    Contact number is 410-893-7947.

Yup, not a waste-o-time anywhere in sight. You have a long time infront of you to enjoy and do more. 24 eh? Most impressive. Must have good parents.

be careful calling it a gasser,,, the correct term for someone under 60 years old is "gasser style" being that you where too young and not cool enough to have been there, you cant call YOUR car a gasser..if the car wasnt raced in the early 60s you HAVE too call it a gasser style or street freak.... many of us youngens have been chastised for this... be warned!!!!
really cool car ..... id like to see some under car pictures....

Reminds me of the FLINTSTONE FLYER. Cool car. I wanted one too but my wife hates Studebakers.

Weren't "Gasser" classes set up for street/strip vehicles? If I drive my straight axle Henry J to a nostalgia drag and meet the class and safety qualifications wouldn't it be a "Gasser"? If so, wouldn't it still be a "Gasser" if I got a flat and never made it to the track that year? what if I never went to the track but it met all the qualifications of a Gas Class vehicle either back in the day or for nostalgia today?

Now if I had a straight axle 1984 Cammode that sat all up in the front I certainly wouldn't call it a gasser because 1984 was well beyond the gasser years. I guess I might call that a street freak" since there would be no racing class or engineering justification for setting a car up like that in 1984.

and thats my point.... some on here have got all bent out of shape over this.... my car is a gasser... it fits the 64-65 rules. i drive it and race it...there has been alot of bickering over this issue......

That car is perfect, I've had the stationwagon version of that kicking around my head for years. I see you're in Cincinatti, why does it say Port Huron, MI on the rear quarter? T hat's where I'm from.
