Last ride in the "Gold Digger". Now I have a Hotrod!!!

My son and I took the Shoebox out to G***ersGarage's house to do the trade. Hated to see it go,but was more excited to finally be getting a Hotrod!!! After a brief drive with GG we did the deal. Then it was off! It rides so nice...My son and I had a great time cruising back down the Coast. Can't wait to start messing with it! I'll keep you guys posted with the progress...



There it is! Just waiting for me to take her home...

I went for a ride yesterday in the car at Anti Donuts. The engine runs strong,a nice 283 with 3-2's,the ****** is recently rebuilt,and it rides nice. Once the cosmetics are done, Bob will have a real nice car!!!!!

 

A hot rod and a Prius in the same garage! Ive never heard of such a thing.

 

Yep. The Shoebox needed some attention and I was ready for a change. I'm happy with the deal and i'm sure you guys will agree when you see it after I give it some detail work...

 

You drive on the wrong side of the road ! hahaha

 

It RUNS,alright! But it's WAAAAAY to quiet for me! I'm gonna take care of that REAL: soon...
My neighbors are gonna hate me,hahaha!

 

Cool little hot rod, but I'm a big fan of the shoebox, myself. They're both pretty damned nice. It all boils down to what makes you grin the most.

 

Congrats to both Bad Bob and G***ers Garage. Good luck with both cars. I expect to see both at breakfast some Sat soon.

I just can't wait to see the stuff that ends up hangin on and around this when you get it out and about...........you know what I mean....lol.........oh yeah I am getting a Merc so I want in the Merc club.

paint
wheels are tires
louder exhaust
interior
patch panels
longer shifter
different steering wheel

Not in that order though. I'll do whatever comes along first...Not in any hurry.

 

The flames on the Ford sure look nice, hope the A gets a hood top and the same style flames. Enjoy the new ride!

Funny you say that! I friend of mine called me and asked what I was doing,and when I told him I was cruising in my new Hotrod,he says "WHO'S GONNA SHOOT IT FIRST?" I told him,no shots for a while...

 

HAHAHA! I already started changing things...Now I just have to come up with some $$$$ to get it going...
