I don't know if I could have traded a finished painted car for it (though its a great looking and well built coupe!), but as long as you're happy! Congrats!

doesnt matter what the terms of the deal were, if everyone involved is happy its a good deal- its funny how 4 wheels can make us feel like a kid again, a kid with a new toy, cant put a price on that!

Just got off the phone with Bad Bob and it's true..... he is done with the hamb!!!!!!!!!!
that's a real shame because no one promotes the hamb and gives better socal event coverage to the hamb then Bad Bob.
it seems that the mod's took upon them selves to delete some posts from his profile with out simply talking to him first....
so that's why bob is upset. not so much that they deleted the post's...
it's that they did not pm him to talk about the reason why?
any way it's just a shame!

It happens more now than in the past,I've had several post deleated and didn't understand why ,,,others I did.

I think sometimes a moderator is a little quick on the delete ****on because he doesn't like what he read or maybe just trying to avoid drama.

Bob really needs to ask the moderators why his albums/post were deleated,,,if there were any ****** I can understand why,,,but I don't recall seeing any in his albums.

I for one will miss Bobs threads,,,really enjoyed them. HRP

I havent seen that particular Album, but I know there was a complaint about it.

I am another one that belives that the mods are to quick on the delete ****on, as a moderator on another site i would have asked him about them, after all their is always one crybaby that does not like something, so make fit them insted of the m***es. how long had the whiner been a member? how long had the offender been a member? how many posts does each have? a lot to be considered. and further more it was in his album, if he did not like it close it and move on! damn thin skined people!

 

Evel speaks the truth. Besides, nobody quits the HAMB, this place is more addictive than crack!

By the way, I kind of like the coupe the way it sits (unchopped top and with those tires and wheels). Paint and finish would be make it GREAT!

Seriously... F' the drama! That car IS cool! I remember when my friend Oak bought it out of Texas (I didn't know then that Dirty built it) and brought it by our shop in L.A. 4 or 5 years ago. Still looks the same, and that's a good thing! Such a sweet stance, but like Bob I'd lose the wires and patina in a hurry too...

Hopefully Bob will be back given Ryan's response. I've only known one guy that actually "quit" the H.A.M.B. He has stuck to his guns though. Too bad. He's a wealth of knowledge.

Come on, for real if this is a traditional Rod and custom board then there is no need for half naked chicks and pics of chicks other parts when they dont even know they are being taken....I love me some Badbob, but one day someone is going to see the stuff he post and its going to the daughter of someone on here and I am sure it wont be pretty.
