Last Time..Pic resizing help!

Okay.I know that we've covered this NUMEROUS times But I still cant figger this **** out.What is the BEST and EASIEST way to RESIZE...your pictures.I think I've tried them all!Any help would be appreciated!!

 

Send it to me and I'll resize it and send it back. How simple is that?
