I met someone today that told me their 1957 Ford came with some, map and under door/ lower door lights. Does anyone have pics of the bezels on the door ones? I had never heard of them but since I'll be fixing my dome light might as well look into adding a few more.
Kind of like these but more 50's friendly. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1455072884...iNWqjBJRY2&var=&widget_ver=artemi***edia=COPY
Two listed on eBay if your bank account is in better shape than mine. $175 https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nk...sacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p2505460.m570.l1313
If your bank account is more in line with mine, you can always use a license plate light and make your own mounting bracket. Under $40. https://www.dennis-carpenter.com/ca...late/b5a-13550-a-rear-license-plate-lamp-***y
I have a bunch of these. All my Ford have one. You can get them for much much cheaper if you wait it out. I'm talking about along the door panel or bottom. Mainly.
These seem to be cool. I'm considering making a hole in the bottom of the door for a flush fit though. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09MDNJS5...waG9uZV9kZXRhaWw&keywords=door courtesy light
Abe, I am thinking about adding two lights in the trunk area of my wagon. I will go with repop light and put one on each side. Will follow about the lights near the doors.
For the rear on the wagon. I'm thinking a second dome light wired off of the front one. For side doors or nooks. I found that there is a 55-57 Thunderbird map light. Just need to find a few bezels at a reasonable prices nut the 60's one has no switch holes.
