Late OEM wiper motor park position

Does anybody know if there is an internal adustment in a late 90's Ford wiper motor for the park position? Making a wiper motor arm with a rectangular hole clocked in the correct position without machine shop availability is going to be a major PITA, so I'm hoping there's an easier way.
