i'm also a fan of the white firewall... for some reason that always just screams "hot rod" to me...

 

I meant no offense by it, for some reason 3 colors just bugs me, I bet I would like it if I saw it, but like I said... I love the car man, good job!

Bump to top if cool- more pics( with tops of doors black- more better). Sooner or later I'll get it outside again and get some GOOD pics( but you get the idea)

 

I like it but IMO it would look much better if the flex radiator hoses were replaced with the original Ford type.

Man I like it !! Alot of cars with bobbed fenders back in the day....why the hell not? I would have never picked those colors, and paint textures...but it looks great to me. Shoot me, I'm not a designer. Woulda' flunked that choice....you can drive it to my house anytime.

 

I think the flex hoses give it "funk"- I had stainless from Bob Drake and they looked to shiney( like the chrome alt. that is temporary for now- it will have a 2 carb Navarro intake and a gen. later. Wheels and tire s were rollers used to set the car up( rear tires were donated by my F-150).Eventually will be replaced by blackwalls on chrome rims.I need to sell some stuff and replenish the piggy bank now.Thanks for the feedback! I think it looks killer man. Pinstriping set it off. The firewall looks good you can always checkered flag it.
Only thing I didn't like was the pressure regulator but I am sure you have that handled when it gets new induction.
