    My dad bought it from the company he worked for, and that his father in law (my grandpa) was part owner of. I restored it as a tribute to both of them. Original old school company decal and equipment number. Here's the receipt from when he bought it....

    So prior to the paint, we tore the whole thing apart, completely... I went through the generator, and even taught my son some skills...

    I learned how to weld with this very machine in 1973, I was 7.

    I'm betting that Lincoln still had any parts you needed for the restoration. Think about that the next time anyone asks if it is OK to buy a Harbor Freight machine.
