My parents owned Lawrence Dragway from 1971 to 1981. Just found this site and would like to hear from others who remember the days...

I used to go there with my dad in the 70s and 80s. Neat old track. We lived in Topeka at the time.
I remember a jet car blowing the rear fence away once.
