Leaking brake Resivour

I have a remote Resivour that one side is empty. It is located under the seat of my 54 Chevy pickup. I got under the truck and could see that one hose was shiny from the top down. The Resivour is a plastic one from a Volkswagen bug. I bout it new at the VW dealer 8 years ago. Any suggestions? I pretty sure it's the plastic ******.
