Some people have a sense of style, Lee Pratt is one of those people.

It came like a "gift" from a company partner to our actual boss. The intermediary at that time was a US company called Coast to Coast... I think it was from CA.

Because it's not near to our office.. Besides, now it's at another showroom after some mechanical fixes (little ones tbh.. i.e.: a suspension broke.. had to replace it), but it's always our property.

Yeah it's on hydraulics... I mistaken writing that they were "air" ones, after seeing those unmounted near the Buick; the "air" ones were there for a Chevrolet S10 we have; the warehouse is full of stuff :D.

Yeah, the price in Euro we are selling at is 50k, but I think that the boss would actually sell it for a few less thousands euros, because not many call for this car.

Got to agree with Tom, when this car was built, Buick wires and narrow whites were the rage (if you could afrord them...especialy with U S Royal Masters).

The resurrection is about to happen. What a car and what a story. Will be one of the most talked about in 2014. See you in Pomona.

Was google'ing Lee Pratt's name to see if I could find any other "old" pictures of this Nomad. It's so great. Does anyone have more vintage photos of it?

PS, I have a couple of pictures of this one. Not a Lee Pratt car, as indicated above, but still a VERY well done custom. And yes that is an SBC.

Yeah, the going rate for Skylark wheels in the mid-60's was $20-25 each. I had twenty of them at one time.

  16. Did you contact Ryan .... per your first post today ? I showed you how to contact him. Check your replies from earlier today. Ryan is the guy that writes the Jalopy Journal, and runs this site. You have to use an @ sign .... then, no space ....type his name ... Ryan. So again, without me ringing his bell again .... @name (for example) will work. Lee Pratt is in his front yard. He can help you.

You can also PM him in your conversation list but being new .... may be hard to decipher. Good luck.

    Ryan is his name-o.
