When I was 15 years old, I guy down the street had an ":A" Tudor sedan and a '37 Ford behind his house. I talked to him, and he said that I could have the Model "A" if I would just haul it out of his backyard. I ran home and told my dad, thinking he would be as enthusiastic as I was about it. WRONG! I received a lecture on responsibility. I have always regretted not getting that car, and have a soft spot in my heart about them. I will make an off the hand observation here : some of the examples pictured are not to my taste.

This was the same father that would not allow me to buy a running driving '28-'29 Model "A" "Phone Booth" pickup for $125 a couple of years later. He's been gone for over 50 years now, but he is is personally responsible for that fact that I now have more cars than anyone needs.

I love my '32 Ford sedan but there is something about a 28/29 full fendered un-chopped 2 door sedan that get's in my eyes. HRP
