    Thanks man. No bags just has a drop axle. Original traverse springs with reverse eyes.
    It has a 1955 265 in it with original 40 trans 3 on the tree. From what I can tell the 265 has probably been in the car longer than the flathead was lol.. here’s a pic of when I bought the car back in mid September and one recently.

    I read this magazine, and admired this coupe, in 1952. The rake was something of a departure from the typical '40 of the day, and the article mentions it!

    My high school girl friend was The Lovely Alice. The girl in this picture is a dead ringer for Alice!
