I drove my old Ford to work this morning. Daybreak in front of a tired old Hillbilly and the Mule Trading post on old Route 66 Rolla, in central Missouri. The Hillbilly spent the majority of his days in front of the Hillbilly store along Route 66 in Hooker, Mo.(near Devils Elbow). His arms go around.

stopped in Elk Horn IA today coming back from Good-Guys Des Moines. this windmill was dis-assembled in Denmark and shipped here back in the 70's or 80"s. saw the old barn leaving town & had to have a picture.

 

Isn't the floor made of horse hair underneath? I took a detour there onetime with a set of B trains just to say I saw the building.
