here are some more of ours. 4" dropped axle, 40 ford brakes, 40 ford wheels, new firestone tires, we are finishing the chop now. should have it all done the end of this month. still running the original 4 cyl., nice and simple not a whole lot of money invested. like they did back in the day kinda way.

right now there is no spring in the car in the pictures. we got a t spring and will reverse the eyes and then see how much we need to step the rear. thanks for the compliment. it's our first one we have done this way.

squirrel a member here on the H.A.M.B. is helping me do all the work. i really appreciate his help. thanks! can't wait to drive it.

Thanks man! Looking forward to the show! I have been traveling the past week, a friend just told me about this thread.
Here is a pic of my buddy's A Roadster in Seattle, a very cool ride.

  29. I posted this on the trailer, it's on the road and the Hemi hauls ass. he was told this car hailed from Texas, anyone recognise it? the only part that came on the car is the tub, top and front axle and the rear 4 bar set up. new chassis, radiator, shell, motor, trans, rear end, seats, windshield, tires, wheels, Gas tank, head and tail lights.fenders, steering column and wheel, steering gear, brakes. other than that it's pretty much as he bought it.
it's his first hot rod and he's starting on a full custom 48 Buick roadmaster sedanette that I bought when he was 7 years old (he's 42 now)
