  10. I'm gutting my apartment, hope the land lord doesn't mind, trying to be able to get a car in the old bedroom and using a hide-a-bed in the living room. I'm sure he'll be cool with it once it's finished.

Here's mine. It's bigger inside than it looks, plenty of room for old Sears catalogs. The smell leaves a lot to be desired.

KUSTOM7777, Kool stuff! Love the Tiki stuff!
Not to offend anybody, but I am a member at Garage Journal too & there is way too much new & foreign stuff over there! This thread belongs here & I don't understand what the harm is.

    Hey,

Ah shoot! now I've got a serious case of "cave/shop" envy! Judging from the photos posted, you guys can actually see the floor in your shop/cave, and don't have to form a search party everytime you wanna find a tool/part!

    Cool post!

  20. My Junkyard Pig. Its not finished yet. I used valves from a big Detroit Diesel, a SBC crank that was in an old race car motor my sister grenaded. The twisted rod that was still on the crank so I fashioned it into a tail, my model A's original front shackles for ears, and still to be added I am going to probably use the A's spindle nuts for eyes, old exaust flange for a nose also. Then a bunch of clear coat, no paint.-Weeks

Folks seem fond of mine, probably in the same way we all like that little inbred banjo pickin' kid in Deliverance.
