I'll throw mine in, it doesn't do anything well, not that fast at the strip and horrible ride on the street. But it's fun.

 

If someone wants to lie they could always just put a plate on it for the pictures.

 

yea the plate was easy but I had one helluva time catching those damned bugs. Once you got 'em a leaf blower splats em about perfect.

 

No man that survived Drag Week needs to be justified....

 

No one really needs to be justified anyway. If they are being dishonest too bad for them, right?

Yea beaner, if you dont really drive it you are missing out on the real reason to have a hotrod! Not diving it would be like paying for a high priced hooker and just wanting to talk! LOL

 

Here is the last afx car I had I drove it 30,000 miles in three years it was a 440 4-speed it ran 13.50 but was my daily driver for those three years sold it to finish financing the Willys pickup

Here is a pic from the hamb drags. On the way to the hotel after this day of racing squirrel and I done a bit of street racing he was still running his 55 Chevy then of course he blew the doors off my car lol

This is my 66 chevelle its my high school car. It completed drag week this year with a sealed engine. First pic shot on day four outside of cordova. Squirell is in the back round. Pic two impound area day five. Pic three wheels up st.louis. pic four union grove because i just found it in my phone. I guess me and squirell have four between us that dont need to be justified.

Just wanted to spit this in, because I love this Model A. Hope Mr. Smith does not mind. I know he drives it and runs it on the strip. It it truly BAD ASS!

 

My 56 see's mostly street duty but does go to the track sometimes. 11.29 et. at 4300 feet measured above sea level. On a typical hot day we are nearly 6000 feet corrected altitude.

 

Here is my 37 Dodge couple that I have put 18000 miles on it over the years. Primarily my weekend ride but does get taken to the track.

 

My 37 Ford tudor slantback. Runs 388 SBC, M22 Four speed and Ford nine-inch rear. It's primarily a street car, but I run every local nostalgia drag event that I can.

Not super-quick, best E.T. is 12.1 to date. I've been trying to nurse it into the elevens for the past few years. Some work over the winter and I'll try again in 2016.

Yea , the lack of front brakes would scare the sh@# out of me as well! The car has a great look anyway.

My street & strip toy. Blown BBC ran a 9.95 @ 144 .

 

Came to sticky end tho. Have kept the engine box & diff so plan to put it into a fenderless late 20s sedan and aim for low 9s. I hit the wall hard but came away unscathed! Good safety gear is a great investment

 

My boss' 59 Biscayne, seen the street a few times..not practicle by any means..
