This was the one that would always hop in the car every time I opened the door to work on it... then she'd get mad when it occurred to her that it still wasn't moving under its own power and she'd skulk off.

God, she was funny. P***ed away 4 years ago and I still miss her.

And I was afraid that ****er was going to bite my *** after Simo showed me why he wouldn't. Hardly any front teeth!!!!!!!!!! Cisco is a cool *** pooch! He has his own burger stand in the LBC. What other dogs have that? KNUX!

 

Since this is a dog thread and I am a vet,let me take this opportunity to remind y'all that dogs eat all kinds of **** in a garage. Stuff like plastic, wood or carpet can be really, really hard to see on an xray. And there are NO garage fluids that are safe for dogs,especially antifreeze which is sweet,so dogs drink it, and deadly-crystallizes in the kidneys.

So please, dog proof your shop and enjoy your best buddy safely.

 

Our real dog died last month (he was getting pretty old)....so Fido is again in charge of guarding the shop

Wheres that dog that showed up at that guys Shop? I think it was a really nice pitbull that was later given away on the HAMB. Way cool dog.

 

She' s small but tries to attack Rottweillers and pit bulls!

 

I read an editorial in a magazine not so popular around here(I read just about anything I can get my hands on)portraying anti-dog sentiment at car shows. Is that the general consensus around here? As long as they don't piss on the tires, claw fancy paint (what's that?)or bite someone who doesn't deserve it, I don't see the problem. Mine's tiny but she's a great alarm system!

Buddy is his name but it should have been Trouble, he likes rolling in the dirt or laying under the car in the garage in any greasy spot he can find.

 

My parents were tossed out of the MSRA's Back to the 50's show... their crime was having an 8lbs Maltese. Funny thing was the director of the fairgrounds was sitting there petting her when the MSRA guys came up and told them dogs weren't allowed. They drove 1,000 miles just to go to that show and had to leave within an hour of getting there. Jackholes.

In general, it says they're not allowed, but at things like NSRA and Goodguys, they don't do anything about it if the dog comes in with the car and stays at the car. I've even seen people walking their dogs around the show, but I wouldn't do it given how nasty hot it can be for them.

Main thing I'd be worried about is if someone had a big boy that was tough to control... then you have the potential for a problem. I bet other people would freak and report you if you brought in a Pitt Bull, for instance.

Which magazine was it? I'll go take a look and send them a nasty gram about it... sounds like they're trying to make everyone THINK there's an anti-dog sentiment.

Here is "Doc",........A Killer Schauzer-Kinda like a pirhanna with legs-
12 yrs old and kinda going blind and deaf, but still can put you back in your car if you get in too close to the front door or his "private space"-[in my truck].....!
He still has sharp teeth and a willingness to use em-his favorite food is Joggers with short pants.....or somedays anyone in short pants will do.....

 

It's the closest thing I have to a guard dog. His name is Pooter, and he does bark. I sh*t you not.
