Looks to be front wheel steer - a whole lot more driveable than the RWS ones.

I guessed British (the improvised number plate looks like a Brit trade plate and the carb looks like a pre-monobloc AMAL), and might even be right! OldWoodies.com describes it as: "Wicker and wood — the Economic, a British three-wheel buckboard cyclecar produced from 1921-22."

Back around 2006 I had the idea to scratch build a BMW Dixi-ish cyclecar, but by 2010 that had morphed into building a morgan-style 3 wheeler. Since about april of 2010 I designed and scratch built the vehicle in the pics attached (from last friday 11/29). The donor is a yamaha XS850 3-banger that I've owned since 2004.
