Stefan is on the HAMB, though I haven't heard from him in a while.

Things were getting bad for the Germans towards the end of the war ... 12301640_853178171466970_3168386280537177709_n.jpg

    Bob,
As a lot of Parisiens used pedal-powered velocars during German occupation - maybe this quartet wonted to show solidarity? Or they are some kind of slow-moving traffic police? Or...

I think he's been busy taking pictures of Bloodhound, the last speed car from England. I love his drawings like Bob has shown. He shows great detail in the center and it fades to the edges of the object. It gives the impression of not really being finished.

The thing I like about Stefan's art, like Doug mentioned, is the edges....it leaves something for you own imagination to fill in.

The Bloodhound project is on hold for the moment while some new money is being sourced to complete it.

I've not been following Bloodhound as close as I'd like. I hope to live long enough to see it run at B-ville. If anyone is in the central PA area the AACA museum has a small car display for the next few months. Minis, Isettas, Topos, and others, about 28 in total. If you do let me know, I'm REAL closeby.

Bob, I thought I saw it on this thread. It was a link to a 1/32 model made by a firm that did a lot of steam punk resin model kits - but I can't recall their name. Any help appreciated, Gary

Never mind, found it tracing back my history files. It's a pricey kit, and a much smaller scale than I like to model, but a very interesting take on the GN, IMHO. Gary

He's promised to let me know if his travels to Hakskeenpan pass through Cape Town.

I am nefariously jealous of the loose quality of Stefan's sketching. I can't sketch like that; I never could. That's why my drawings are set out like blueprints: compare my avatar with Stefan's drawing above.
