To my mind glued + handmade is a contradiction in terms!

Did the fact that it gradually unglued itself redeem the gluedness of the Mosquito? :D

Well the Mosquito did the job without using much metal. it was a versatile aircraft and pretty fast. They first entered service in 1943...dawie have you ever heard of any coming unglued during the war? Or only after?

At Morgan they do apply the glue by hand and stick the panels together by hand and mount all the running gear by hand and build the whole interior by hand and still push the cars from one shop to the next by hand.
    sheese, how primitive!!

All that hand work must be the reason the price of those cars is so high. I could never afford a new one.

I'm quite surprised that Jay would get it so wrong. That is not a '32. With the double cutouts on the bonnet it has to be a '34.

Obviously, these videos are not of the GN(which is in Australia). Millyard makes some interesting frankenmotors...things that were never manufactured. I have seen youtubies of the GN but am having difficulty finding any. So, until then you might be happy with these from England.

From the images I've seen through the years, the Rob Roy Hillclimb is something I'd like to attend.
