I just edited this after finding the info I was looking for and not knowing how to delete this post.
Yesterday I was looking at my '47 Plymouths 218 flathead and it got me thinking about which pcv valve to use. The port is on the side of the block and I have the optional filter as opposed to a tube. I guess I'll need one with a spring but does anyone have a part number by any chance?

As long as it isn’t blocked there will be no vacuum in the air cleaner.
