Projects lets trade fenders....

Anyone local(los angeles),interested in trading their stock rear '48 fenders for a pair of fenders with customized tailights.I hate to mess with these since the work is in lead.they have minor dents and rust.I plan on shaving the lights completely.I guess i'll give it a few weeks before i tear into them.

kinda reminds me of an Ayala bros trick. I dig it.

 

Ya,the tailights do have the look of Ayala bros tailight treatment,but i believe Ayalas rear light treatment went straight back ,and did not follow the contour of the fender as these do.does anyone have memories or a picture of a Ayala bros tailight job.
