Customs License Plate Restorer at Pomona Swaps - anyone used?

Has anyone on the board had any work done/experience with the guy that refinishes license plates that has a booth at the Pomona Swap Meets in SoCal?

There are several that sell vintage plates there but this particular vendor only refinishes plates you provide.
