hotrodprimmer, how does that one mount. I almost bought a AAA south Carolina one at L'ville but the guy would not budge on the price and I did not know how they mounted.

Last week they dropped off a dumpster at the house across the street. This morning I heard 6-8 items clunk as they got thrown in it. Went over to offer to help move heavy stuff, looked in the dumpster and got this! They were good neighbors and we'll miss them, he was stationed in Alaska in the late 1950's. I'll think of them every time I look at this topper.:)

You can't.......unless one of the 6 owners is gonna sell....

Used to have one with a skull and crossbones in each upper corner, and the word "Think!" printed in reflective paint, on a black background. Should have taken it off before I sold that truck, but I forgot.
Just like I forgot the switchblade hidden under the armrest . . .

Not exactly toppers, but I love toppers just the same.

The Student Driver is from the Fifties.
The '56 Cal plates are NOS Commercial plate for my pickups.

The Last 3 are my absolute favorites because:
I'm from Redondo and the Drifters got a lot of ink in the early '50s for Drag Racing.
The Torqpedos is one I drew up and Dave at Bedsled Kustoms made a reality.
The Deadliners is the club for hot rod automotive journalists- somehow the let me in- ;)

A few more... can't find a couple of my best ones!

The "Fractured Duck" is NOS in the wrapper.

Just got the repop Felix and American Graffitti plate today- so impressed with the raised letters, paint and it even came with an original NOS '62 California decal.

Here's the Odd Fellows topper I just picked up. It has a crazy clear reflective bead coating over the whole thing.

It's really creepy looking in person.

I've been looking for one of those- it's an Oddfellows. I would have liked a "Garage Grown" plaque for my collection since I participated, but somebody never sent me one. ;)

My grand dad was a pattern maker. He cast some neat stuff. I remember one he made "Draggin Devils Lamar, MO". I had it for many years, but I can't seem to find it now.
