That would be great! Are they the "OL SKOOL" Garage Grown or the second gen Suede & Chrome?

Actually all they ever had was the three car logo. Unless you mean the little dash plaques.

That Ruptured Duck topper is the coolest! I have been looking for one for a while, that is the nicest one (design and condition) that I have seen.

The blue area is some sort of plastic.
    Can this be repaired?
    SHOULD this be repaired?

The blue area may be cloisonne, a type of enamel work. It could be repaired, possibly by a jeweler.

But are you sure this is a license topper?
Can't tell the size, but it looks su****iously like a veteran's grave marker...

This came to me about 25 years ago on a '34 Chevy that had been sitting in a Garage in Chicago since the late 40's. This piece was on one side of the licence place and a small flag holder was on the other.

I've never seen another like it till now.
    ebay link

Your suggestion got me to thinking so I checked Ebay for similar and this popped, so YES it IS a topper.

Just came across this post. Thanks ****oli! I will make this post an intro also, I belong to a few forums and have seen this one mentioned a bunch of times. Currently have a stock, virgin '58 Caddy, 1970 Opel GT (no laughing), '73 Yamaha 650 hardtail and I have two Model A's that I will need to have shipped to me from Aruba (long story - but if you are in the shipping business send me a message - I need some help with transport).

I have been out of full-time work for almost two years, so I have been doing a buch of stuff to support the family and my "hobbies" one of them being www.coolcastings.com I make old school emblems and toppers, see below for a few examples.

Thanks for the site and if you have some time check out my site. Thanks, Jim

Just won this one for the future Mrs. Boozoo.

She's an Illinois grad, so she's going to probably let loose the waterworks when I refinish it for her birthday. Plan is to put it on our Hudson pickup when we get it done.

And I have to thank you *******s yet again. Because of y'all, I now have yet another area to blow my money on. When I'm living in a van down by the river after I go flat busted broke, I'm going to wear a cardboard sign that says, "HAMB did this to me. Please help!"

Shoot... I forgot about one more I just got... and I don't even have a pic. :(

It's an aluminum-cast "Civil Defense Auxilliary Police" topper. Super cool... can't wait to finish something worth putting it on. :)
