Returned home this afternoon to find a nice gift from FedEx.

Very motivational each time that truck reverses up my drive...

Not that I need this yet, but still!

I get just as excited when the TNT man arrives bearing gifts, 3 days from California to down under. Very happy. Distance has certain disadvantages with shipping costs though.

    Cool. Nailhead, correct?

Somebody should tell those girls that their pants are kinda stuck so they don't get embare-***ed.

    Phooey...

If the UPS drivers looked & dressed like that, at least in nice/warm weather, I *might* have a bit more respect for them, & would consider using them to ship. Dressed like that, they may not be so prone to destroy everything they can touch or that gets into their path. Had my fill of UPS a long time ago. At least the girl appears to be smiling.

& I won't even start on their policy of lost &/or damage reparations.

Besides, any one caught dressed like that would get fired so fast, it wouldn't be believed. :( . Worse yet, *if* they let the good looking girls deliver stuff, dressed like that, they'd have to let the rest dress the same. Read: <shudder, permanent nightmares> !

'Excuse me sir, would you like the ground shipping, the two-day, or the OVERNIGHT SERVICE?'

My UPS driver doesn't look a bit like that. In partial compensation, at least, he seems to do his job well. I got my Corian blade for the table saw yesterday.

Couple of eagle eyed HAMBers I see!

    Yes, a '55 322 nailhead for my '30 coupe...

Oh, and my UPS delivery guy looks NOTHING like the one above thank goodness or I would now have a workshop full of boxes I don't need.
