Lincoln Backing plate Splash ring

Is anyone reproducing the welded on splash ring that goes on the early Lincoln backing plates? My rear plates are clean, but the ring that goes on the cir***ferce of the plate is bent, rusted, and all torn up in places. I don't know if the fronts had them, but the rear brakes did. I searched before asking, but came up empty. Thanks

 

Wilson Welding may do repops?

 

With modern seals they aren't necessary.

 

MT used to carry them, but I don't see them on their current website.
