   I was considering replacing my cracked steering wheel on my Customline. I really like the look of the Lincoln Premiere wheel from 1956-57. I'm wondering if the two can be swapped relatively easily? I still have the factory Ford-O-Matic column without power steering.

   just so you know power steering does not have anything to do with the column.
