Technical Lincoln Y Block

    I got a 55 Lincoln with The 341 Y block I know these are not the same as the Ford Ys does anyone know if there is speed parts for these out there? Or any info on these blocks.

    I've seen some parts however they are thin on the ground
     
  3. Dual quad intake was a Mercury M 335 option and the larger valve heads from the 368 are about the best you can do.
    There is a reasonable priced dual quad intake currently on eBay.
    Not the stupid priced one at $3500.00 that the guy will never sell.

    DSCN0126.JPG No there is no high performance equipment made for the Lincoln Y block.. Nothing like Stack injectors and there is no way to bolt a standard transmission to one. Especially no SFI accepted flywheel shield. 017.JPG

    The FE flywheel fits and so the FE starter and clutch parts work. I think just the intake is the hard part. As you were advised, check out MartinRP2@aol.com and the Engine Masters story.
