Liquid rubber?

    Looking for ideas or experiences with a pourable rubber,silicon etc.
    Would like to replicate this piece on my 37 GMC truck.
    It will be poured 'in place' so don't need to make a mold.

    Unless its vulcanizes afterwards,it will not have any stability....

    While you didn't say what the part is, most likely a urethane would work. Different products have different pourability and strength. Hardness can vary from pretty soft to rock hard.

    Not sure how you plan to pour in place. Making a mold and replicating the part wouldn't be too hard.
